Zalora Haul (Rubi, Sunnies Studios, and More!)

I rarely shop online nowadays so I make sure to post my haul (and a little bit of review/first impression of the items) every time I do. Anyway, my latest purchase was from Zalora Philippines. It was not my first time shopping at Zalora since I had three transactions with them already. And I have noticed that each of them involved shoes. :)

Zalora Haul (Rubi, Sunnies Studios, and More!)

This time, I got two pairs of shoes from Rubi, a pair of sunglasses from Sunnies Studios, and two leggings from Collective.com and F101. I could say that this shopping experience was the most satisfying, not only when it comes to shipping but also with the products themselves.

As I have previously mentioned, I got two leggings since I needed new workout clothes. The other one though is a present for my sister. She wanted a pair that has a skinny fit and the Rosie Leggings from Collective.com was perfect! The pair that I got was the Bency Leggings from F101. I am definitely satisfied with the pair that I got. The fabric is stretchy, yet not too sheer as compared to other leggings. I have huge thighs and this one fits me perfectly. And for only P199, it was a great buy.

Aside from leggings, I also got new pairs of shoes from Rubi. I am so happy that there are more choices now available at Zalora. These are originally priced at P799 each, but these are on sale for only P1200 if you get two pairs. That's almost P400 off or P600 each. Definitely cheaper than the price offered by online shops in Instagram. Anyway, I had bad experiences before when it comes to buying shoes in Zalora because I always end up getting shoes that are too small for me. However, these shoes are true to size and fitted me perfectly (got a size 37/usually wear a size US 6 1/2). I am extremely happy and satisfied!

Lastly, I got a pair of sunglasses from Sunnies Studios. I wasn't planning to purchase sunglasses since I rarely wear them.  But I recently discovered that Z damaged the only pair that I own. As compared to my other purchases, I am not really satisfied with this pair. The color of the sunglasses at the website seems different from the actual item. I was expecting a red/red brown frame, but it turned out to be dark brown. I haven't tried them on yet, but when I do, I'll definitely make an outfit post and review the item as well.

By the way, I paid for these items using a voucher code sent to me by Zalora Philippines and via Paypal for the remaining amount. I had these items shipped at my shipping address at Bulacan and they impressively shipped the item the following day. Usually, it takes 2 to 3 days for items to arrive for provincial shipping.

Over all, this shopping experience was such a delight. And I am definitely tempted to get more items from Zalora. :p I also noticed that they now have a Zalora Marketplace wherein different local merchants offer their products. Check out Zalora at http://www.zalora.com.ph!

Latest Zalora Haul

I have the tendency to shop impulsively at times, especially when I am stressed. I end up online shopping the whole day and leaving tons of school work unfinished. :p My recent shopping haul consists of different items from Zalora Philippines. I chose Zalora because I wanted to use some of the money left in my Paypal account and it is one of the few online shopping mall in the Philippines that offers safe online transactions. Plus, I needed also a case for my mom's Ipad mini. The cheapest ones I found was at Zalora.

This Toshi Ipad Mini case in Purple is definitely the cutest! It is very convenient to use and is not too heavy. I am not sure though with the quality of the product, but it looks like it will last us a long time. This one costs around P600+.

I just cannot have too many ballet flats. This black pair from Mi Mieux is one of the comfiest I have tried. Actually, all of the flats that I am using right now to go to school with are from Mi Mieux. My feet never gets tired and hurt even after walking all day.

To save up on my shipping costs, I added this sanitizer from Human Heart Nature. Zalora offers free shipping nationwide for purchases which amount to P1,000 and above. Otherwise, I'd have to pay P100 for shipping. It is always better to maximize our shopping by availing of free shipping and other discounts, if there are any.

What's on your latest shopping haul?

Zalora Shoe Haul

I went online shopping at Zalora a few weeks back when I was stressed with my final exams. Retail therapy definitely works instantly! Anyway, I just wanted to share to you the items I got from them which consists of two pairs of Scarlet flats. :)

These items arrived just a day after I ordered them. Speedy, right? I had these sent to a Metro Manila address by the way cause I actually live in Bulacan.  As to the packaging, the items were packed nicely and safely. The boxes were also labeled properly. The box also came with a discount voucher for my next order at Zalora and a small pack of Downy.

Pretty babies! :D
Gabriella Pointed Flats - P499
Lucille Ballet Flats - P499

These shoes are of the same size (Size US7), but the Lucille Ballet Flats seems be bigger. The Gabrielle flats fits me perfectly though! I have issues with the quality of the product, but they can be easily remedied. I paid for the products using a voucher code sent to me by Zalora and Paypal for the remaining balance. However, they have cash on delivery offered at several locations. Check out http://www.zalora.com.ph/ for more details! :)

How To Go From Day To Night In An Instant!

Whether you are a student or a young professional, it is inevitable that you and your peers would go out to relax and have fun (especially on a Friday night). And usually, these happenings occur unexpectedly and without prior notice. Hence, you are often caught in a situation where you are not appropriately dressed or made up for a night out. So here are some tips to help you get ready for the night:

1. Intensify your makeup - Add more color and life to your face by putting on a no-fail red lipstick or sexy smokey eye makeup (but please not both!). False lashes could also beautify anyone in an instant. Perfect lashes are indeed irresistible!

2. Skip the office heels - This comfy pair must be left at the office. Instead, put on strappy flats for a laid back look or sexy pumps for that perfect party look!

3. Let your hair down (only if you have the hair for such, of course) - There's nothing more fun than letting your hair loose. I believe that an uptight do could also affect how you feel. In relation to that, I think that this would give us the relaxed feeling you are aiming for.

4. Trade your office blazer with a comfy cardigan - Cardigans are perfect for simplifying a conventional office look. It is important that you keep a cardigan in your locker or your bag. They're very useful especially now that it's getting chilly at night.

Not that I tolerate excessive partying, but I believe that sometimes we have to take a leave from our stressful lives. We need to just relax and have fun! Fortunately for us, we do not need to hit the malls to instantly vamp up our wardrobes and kikay kits. These items are actually available at Zalora Philippines and ready to be delivered right at your doorstep or your workplace. Their beauty section carries different items such as lipsticks, eyeshadows, falsies and more from brands like 4U2 Cosmetics, Collection Colour Cosmetics, Suesh, Wet and Wild, and more! Their clothing and shoes section carries literally everything you'll need, too!

Hope you learn something from this post! :)

Shoe Haul from Zalora!

I got a special discount code from Zalora for my birthday so I decided to use it to buy some new shoes for me and my baby Z. I was so ecstatic when they started offering Scarlet shoes because they're really affordable and almost all of the sizes are available. I ordered a pair of flats for me and a pair of baby slippers for Z last Friday and paid them the same day through Metrobank deposit (which is the most convenient payment method for me). Unfortunately, the package came in just this Wednesday. Probably because I live in Bulacan or probably because I opt to pay via bank deposit which takes more time because of the confirmation, etc. But nonetheless, I am happy because the package has already arrived. :)

Pretty color, right? :)
Scarlet A210 Flats in Powder Blue - P399

The shoes are quite small. I usually wear a size 6 or 36 and I really don't know why this pair does not fit me well. I don't know if I just have fat feet or what. Haha! I emailed Zalora about this. Unfortunately, they only replace defective products or if there has been a mistake in size or color of the product upon delivery. But it's okay because I absolutely love the color of the shoes! :)

Banana Peel Ninja Baby Slippers - P220

I actually had a hard time figuring out the sizes of Banana Peel baby slippers from Zalora's website so I decided to check out if Banana Peel has their own site to check for sizes. Fortunately, they have one and I was able to check the sizes of baby slippers from there. :) I don't want to go all the way to the mall to check sizes cause I think it would defeat the purpose of online shopping.

Anyway, this pair from Banana Peel is just so cute! The print is very versatile and can match any outfit. It fits Z perfectly. It would probably last us a few months because he's growing up so fast and I just wanted a pair of slippers that he can wear especially when we are going out. I am just so glad that baby Z likes them.He even wants to eat them. HAHA!

I'd say that my first shopping experience with Zalora was okay. There are still points of improvements such as the speeding up of the payments done via bank deposit and the shoe size chart. But I am still satisfied with their service especially that they are offering free shipping fee for all orders.

By the way, you may buy the products that I have also purchased HERE and HERE! :) Don't forget to use the discount code MishRendon1 to get a 10% discount on your orders. :)

My ZALORA Wishlist

I got addicted with online shopping when I was pregnant with Z. It is convenient cause I won't have to exhaust myself in the mall. You just have to browse through an online shop's products, order for items you want, settle your payment, and wait for your items to arrive through the mail. Easy, right? But be aware that there are safety risks when purchasing from random people online because there are cases of bogus sellers and some packages even get lost. If I had only known Zalora then, I would most probably have made my purchases there! They basically have everything! They have a huge selection of clothes for men and women, shoes and accessories for all ages, children's clothes and babies' feeding needs (They have Tommee Tippie bottles!), and more. They offer free shipping for all orders anywhere in the Philippines. And the best thing about Zalora is that transactions with them are easy and safe, even if you choose to pay via credit card, bank deposit or COD) No more bogus sellers and scammers!

Anyway, I'd like to share to you some of the items I want/need from Zalora! I initially wanted everything, but I'd keep my list short with the things I need. :) Some of you probably know that I am about to enter law school this coming semester and I have actually already enrolled. (Yay!) I figured that the laid back "beach wear" I used to wear in college is not anymore appropriate for law school. I need to basically change my wardrobe with more proper pieces.

1. Katy & Abbey Black Patent Flats

Sad to say (LOL), my flip flops won't be proper to wear to law school anymore. So I need something  comfortable, but classy such as this black patent flats. This would be dressy enough but would still be perfect for walk-athons around the University Belt area. This pair would be my stepping stone to wearing office heels on a regular basis.

2. Kelsey SL Combi Dress with Sash

This cocktail dress would be perfect to wear to days where I need to report in class or during other special events. This dress goes a long way when paired with the right pieces. It looks comfortable with its light colors and its simple style. Hello corporate look!

3. Fletcher Checkered Contrast Cuff Shorts

Of course, I have to include things for my baby on my wishlist! Z's growing up so fast and most of his clothes do not fit him anymore. This pair of shorts would be perfect for when Z's already a year old and can already be brought outside. Its getting hotter and hotter everyday which makes him perspire so much, so a pair of shorts would be a better choice than pants. He could use this and have outfit posts with me! :)

4. Tip Toey Joey White/Navy Shoes

When I saw this cute pair of shoes, I just have to get it for Z! I have not bought any shoes for Z yet (except for the ones he wore during his baptism), cause I can't see why babies need to wear shoes when they can't walk yet. I find shoes on small babies uncomfortable. Anyway, this shoes would be perfect for Z to practice his walking. :)

5. I Love Koi Asy Knots Luxe Maillot

Okay, so this is not a need. :p But I really, really want to have a new swimsuit! I used to have tons of two piece swimsuits. Unfortunately, I can't wear them anymore because of my visible mommy marks and C-section scar. This piece would be perfect to give me a subtle sexiness while hiding all the flaws. I'd definitely wear this to a last minute summer outing to the beach!

There you go! Sign up for Zalora to get your own 250 pesos voucher! :)
