Althea Korea Launches New App + Haul

2016 was indeed a big year for my fave K-beauty destination online - Althea Korea! Aside from expanding to three countries this year, that is, the Philippines, Thailand, and Malaysia, it was able to launch a mobile app just before the year ended to make shopping easier for us. The said app is now available in both iOS and Android. I suggest you try shopping using the app. It was meticulously improved during the past months to make sure that your shopping experience would be flawless.

Anyway, let me share to you my recent haul from Althea. I cannot recall how many boxes have I gotten from them! And this time, I was able to receive their limited edition Holiday box. There’s always something new that I wanted to try out from their site. I actually have tons of Korean skin care products that I haven't even tried yet. Here goes my haul:

Recently, I have found myself wanting to try out tons of skin care products. For some reason, I feel like I am hitting adolescence just now. I haven't had any problems with my skin until recently. I swear I'll have at most one or two pimple for the entire year. But lately, I've been dealing with oily skin and even acne at times. I still have yet to figure out if it's due to hormonal imbalance or stress.

I was previously using a Witch Hazel Toner that I got from Healthy Options. Since that one's almost gone, I decided to try out RiRe's Pore Tightening Fresh Toner (₱360). I am in love with this one ever since I used it! I also got RiRe's Blackhead Closing Serum (₱240), but I haven't got to try it yet.

It's My Hand Cream (₱70) is my favorite!! I love how it makes my hand smell and I sometimes use it all over my body. Oops! I haven't tried the Lip and Eye Makeup Remover (₱122), but I bet this affordable product does its job.

Lastly, I got the Innisfree No-Sebum Mineral Powder (₱260) as replacement for the W-Lab Sebum Compact Powder which I previously got from Althea. I am not sure yet if I made the right choice because this one's a loose powder and I think I prefer the compact. Other items that I got were Calmia's Oatmeal Therapy Cleansing Foam (₱160) and Skin & Lab Don't Worry Wrinkle (₱550).

I will definitely post detail review of these items soon! I haven't been able to try out all of the items yet so the review of these items may take a while.

Don't forget to check out Althea Korea and their new app!!

XO, Mish
