All You Can Eat Surf and Turf at RBCTY Maginhawa

Maginhawa is definitely the place to be when looking for quality yet affordable food. This place has been the go-to place of QC people for an authentic dining experience. There are just numerous hole in the wall restaurants within the area that offer quality food. And when looking for ribs and chicken, RibCity is your best choice in Maginhawa!

From school, I hurriedly went to Maginhawa for a Team Aldous food event. I was actually having a tough time then and this treat definitely lightened it up for me. Food is definitely one way to relieve stress and good food could do that real fast. I think that's what RibCity's awesome food offerings did to me.  

I was expecting to see ribs and chicken mainly at RibCity's menu. But upon seeing the same, I was quite surprised that their menu is quite extensive. They also offer other dishes such as subs, salads, pastas, sandwiches, soups, and several starters. 

Dynamite - P188

The first thing that was served to us was their Dynamite. The coating was extremely crunchy and the inside was generously filled with cheese. It wasn't spicy (thankfully!), but it will surely get your appetite going.

Not Just Nachos - P248

Another fave among the group was the Not Just Nachos. It was packed with meat and cheese.  I am not a huge fan of nachos but this one's definitely satisfying!

Big City - P898

The highlight of the night was without a doubt the Big City Ribs set. It comprises of ribs good for four, four sides, and four drinks. We were able to try all of their sides during the event though. All of the sides were great but the Asian in me would have to say that the CTY Rice goes well with the ribs. As regards the ribs itself, it was awesome! It is flavorful and literally melts in your mouth. The serving's good for four but I think it could feed up to six people.

Shack + - P498 for 12 pieces

I don't know when did I become a fried chicken person, but the Shack+ is a personal favorite! Serving's quite plenty. Their fried chicken is crunchy and delicious on the outside, yet juicy on the inside. It goes well with their chicken gravy. Definitely a must try at RibCity!

Quezo de Bola Cheesecake - P148

It wasn't actually my first time to try out dessert at RibCity since I went here during the Maginhawang Pasko event. During the recent food event though, we were able to try out their Quezo de Bola Cheesecake, Toblerone Cheesecake, and Decadent Brownie a la Mode. The Brownie a la Mode is hands down the best among the three! The brownie's moist and goes perfectly with the ice cream.
