TABLEA BROWNIES
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped tablea tsokolate
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
7 large eggs
1/4 cup chopped nuts
For the tablea-jam sauce
2 tablea tsokolate
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup sugar (less if you want it less sweet)
1 Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2 In a pan, melt together butter and tablea tsokolate; cool.

3 In a bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt. Beat eggs in butter-tablea mixture. Fold in dry ingredients; do not overmix. Transfer to 2 prepared 8x8-inch pans and sprinkle with nuts over each pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

4 To make the tablea-jam sauce: Boil tablea tsokolate with water and sugar until thick and the tablea is melted. Swirl in a tablespoon or two of black currant jam or your preferred jam. Serve on the side with the brownies.

The brownie was not sweet at all! It is kind of a dry brownie though. But it has a very rich chocolate flavor. Great for desert or merienda! :)
